Start practicing

Sometimes, during the morning practice, you may find that you want to understand more about a particular request, the execution technique, and come to specific results. Devote more time to what is currently relevant for you, whether it is practice on the rug or a specific area of life, relationships with people.

 

In this case, I invite you for an individual consultation in order to explore your usual bodily reactions to different life circumstances, and discover your own bodily instrument for life, with which you can come to the desired results. It can be a yoga asana, an HEY pose (yoga embodiment), maybe breathing or a simple movement of the body. You will be able to rely on this body marker to move step by step.  in the direction that is useful and important to you.

Such meetings can be one-off or in the format of coaching work (3-4 meetings).
